We double check each product before dispatching so you can be assured that you will always get what you have ordered.
We do have return policy if product is found defective or if we have sent a wrong design from what you ordered.
Send us video of parcel opening showing all 4 sides of parcel as well as front and back of parcel. Make sure that you submit video and photos on our Instagram handle within 48 hours of receiving parcel. Our team will verify claim after you have submitted all proofs.
We also have exchange policy. You can easily exchange product through any of below ways:
1) Exchange any product for free if you purchase 1 more item from our Store along with the exchanged product. Adding an extra item with exchange product help us in recovering losses due to shipping of exchange product.
2) If you don’t want to purchase any additional item then pay shipping and reverse pickup charges to exchange any purchased product (Rs 150 – Rs 260). This amount is decided on the basis of how you want to ship your exchanged product.
